Our history
Established in Bangkok in 2011
IP CONSULTING (THAILAND) LIMITED was founded in 2011 by Wanchai Raksirivorakul, following a long career in intellectual property with an international law firm.
From the outset, the firm has concentrated on intellectual property, acting for overseas counsel, multinational companies and Thai businesses on matters ranging from filing and prosecution to enforcement and litigation.
Today the firm is led by two partners, Wanchai Raksirivorakul and Sukhprem Sachadecha, whose experience together spans trademarks, patents, industrial designs, enforcement and contentious proceedings.

Wanchai Raksirivorakul
Managing Partner
Wanchai Raksirivorakul founded IP Consulting (Thailand) in 2011 and leads the firm as Managing Partner. Before establishing the firm, he spent a long career in intellectual property with an international law firm.
He advises international and Thai clients across the full range of intellectual property matters, from the protection and management of trademarks, patents and designs to enforcement against counterfeiting and infringement, and represents clients in contentious proceedings.

Sukhprem Sachadecha
Partner
Sukhprem Sachadecha is a Partner of IP Consulting (Thailand), with more than 20 years of experience in intellectual property.
His practice covers the full range of intellectual property work, including filing and prosecution, portfolio management, enforcement and litigation. With degrees in both law and computer science, he brings a combined legal and technical perspective to patent specifications, examination and technology-related matters.
